WOMEN PROTEST IN RIVERS STATE NIGERIA
Women have come out in their numbers at Rivers State in Nigeria protesting against the Independent National Electorial Commission (INEC). They are seen with placards pouring out their grievances on the dissatisfaction of the just ended presidential elections of Nigeria and failure of INEC in securing voters results. Our source says they women said after an interview that, they are demanding for a free, fair and credible elections. Also they some of their grievances which include:- 1) They are protesting against the Governor who hijacked and changed results. 2)The commissioners who converted their homes to Raccentres. 3)The Local government chairmen who used touts to intimidate citizens and INEC adhoc staff who aided the stealing of the people's mandate but any attempt, or group of attempts or attempted attempts to carry out the same acts by the same culprit will not be accepted by the women.
