Tragedy strikes as Nollywood Actor, Yul Edochie and wife May Edochie have  repeatedly lost their first son. The 16-year-old, Kambili chukwu was said to have had a seizure while playing football after which he was rushed to Mother and Child Hospital where he gave up the ghost. Senator Ike Ekeremadus is a Nigerian wealthy politician who was arrested in 2022 with his wife Ekeremadus Beatrice and  medical "middleman" Dr Obinna Obeta detained and was under investigation for alleged organ harvesting.The senators  25 years old daughter  Sonia Ekeremadus  had a serious kidney condition. So in the quest of looking for a donor, Mr Ike Ekeremadus flew a 21 years old street trader from Lagos Nigeria to Britain to used him as donor for his daughter without the boys concern. It is said that the boy was offered £7000 and promised a better life in Britain. He had no idea that his kidneys were going to be removed and given to the senators daughter. He only discovered at the hospital when the doctor told him that he was not an appropriate donor since he has no idea of the risks of kidney transplant and that he does not have the funds he need for life health care . The Cameroonian Upper House of Representative has reinstated Marcel Niat Njifenji as president of the Senate on Monday the 27th of March 2023. He is a Cameroonian politician who was born on the 26th of October 1934, in Bangangte in the West Region of Cameroon. Marcel Niat was appointed as the first senate president and has held that position since it's creation in 2013. He had seventy nine (79 ) votes out of Eighty two (82)votes. These decision has brought a lot of criticism from the Youths of the country questioning how can an 88 years old man be the president of that senate and how can he  hold a position for 11 years.

A Cameroonian military helicopter was attacked by a group of gun men on Monday the  27th of March 2023, in a locality called Ngarbuh/ Ntumbaw in Donga- mantung Division in the North West Region of Cameroon .There was a lot of casualties reported says at least six (6) military officers were killed and several others injured. According to report, the soldiers were on their way to Ngarbuh to provide food for their colleagues when they were attacked. It should be recalled that on February 14 2020, Ngarbuh came under attack as soldiers raided the village and massacred villagers  including women and children. T he International Criminal Court has issued  warrants of arrest to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin the president of Russia and Ms Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova the commissioner of children rights. Due to the war in Ukraine caused by Putin ,he has been accused by America for war crime and now has been alleged for war crime of unlawful deportation of civilians and for unlawful transfer of civilians from occupied areas of Ukraine to Russian as stated by  articles 8(2)(a)(vii) and 8(2)(b)(viii) of the Rome Statute. It is alleged that Mr Putin is guilty for the above crimes either committed directly, jointly with others or through others. The heavy rain fall this 19th March 2023, in Buea the South West Region of Cameroon caused alot of destruction. Due to the heavy storms, it has been reported that one toddler is death and several others in a critic condition. There has been alot of casualties as many houses and shops collapse as a result of the heavy rain storms.The population is in fear since this is the first rain fall experienced this year 2023.  The population have blame the government for lack of a good drainage system in this locality. Couple with the fact that the where no first responders so the inhabitants had to fight for themselves to safe properties and lives. Such incidents have also been resported in other southern Africa countries likes Mozambique earlier this year.   

With the church so much in focus on the African continent today most men of God and women of God have time without number fallen short of the same gospel they preach to their followers.  A case In time is a Ugandan pastor who have come out publicly and confess to his Christians that God never called him to be poor after winning a 100 million Ugandan shillings from a bet. The pastor openly confess that he opened his ministry as a result of greed than preaching the word of God.  The pastor went ahead to shut down the church claiming that it was God’s own way to get him out of poverty. He also claim that running a church without a calling was more of a burden to him.  Many Christians have come out to criticize the pastor for focusing more on money than preaching the word of God. The gospel today and most churches in Africa and the world is being commercialized reason why other men of God  do not take this as a surprise. 

Women have come out in their numbers at Rivers State in Nigeria protesting against the Independent National Electorial Commission (INEC).  They are seen with placards pouring out their grievances on the dissatisfaction of the just ended presidential elections of Nigeria and failure of INEC in securing voters results. Our source says they women said after an interview that, they are demanding for a free, fair and credible elections. This  Sunday the  12th of March 2023, A boy by name Alfonso form a village our source withheld,was  cut and shot dead by unknown  Gun Men. This incident took place at BALI PARk, Bamenda in the North West Region of Cameroon. It is said the decease was arrested and killed for   selling"Indian Herms", and this was his own from of earning money, Information got to us that his family and friends begged to pay a sum of Three million franc's CFA ( 3000.000frs) after his arrest but their offer was rejected.

 There has been serenity today the 11th of March 2023 in the Northwest and Southwest Regions of Cameroon due to a lockdown called by the separatist fighters . This lockdown was proclaimed because of the Senatorial elections that was to take place . Even though the said lockdown was called off, Bamenda in the Northwest still observed it for fear of  the military aggressiveness. and brutality  says a resident of Bamenda.  Korabo Monyama is a 15 years old  south African minor who got missing on the 5th of March 2023, after leaving the house to watch soccer at a nearby field but never came back. Reports says that she was seen walking the streets on that said day with her 23 years old boy friend confirmed by neighbours. Her body was finally found on the 8th of March 2023 by the South African police at the boy friends residence. She was buried in a shallow grave at the backyard of the boy friends house located at North west, South africa. The said boy friend was arrested and detained. The matter was forwarded to court and he was charged for murder and prejury after admitting for killing and burying Korabo Monyama.

Tailors in the nations capital Yaounde Cameroon are on strike due to the increase in prices of their services by the government. A communique was published by the Mfouda Divisional Delegate of Commerce Mr Lambo Manga Joseph asking tailors in his jurisdiction to increase their services at sixty thousand francs CFA (60.000frs). These tailors are frustrated and are on the point that they cannot do what the delegate has said since they seldom have work and  their services do not have a fixed price because they charged customers based on design of the dress they are making.
