 Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All progressives congress ( APC) has finally been declared winner  of the Nigerian 2023 presidential elections. He has been declared the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the  Independent National Electorial Commission (INEC) this 1st of March 2023. He won the elections with a vote of 8,794726 while the People's Democratic party (PDP) had 6,984520 votes and the Labour Party ( LP) had 6,101533 votes.

 One of Nigerians ex- presidents Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo has written a letter to the present Nigerian president Mohammed Buhari appealing for caution and rectification of the 2023 Nigerian presidential elections on grounds that it was fraudulent, raid and that the Independent National Electorial Commission (INEC) officials at operational levels have been allegedly compromised to make what should have worked not to work and to revert to manual transmission of results which is manipulated and the results doctored.

 Lionel Andres Messi the Argentina professional footballer and captain, who also plays as forward for Ligue 1 club paris saint -German was declared winner at the best FIFA football awards that was held in Paris the capital of France on Monday the 27th February 2023. This is a big win for the football striker as he says:-.  "I achieved a dream I have been hoping for so long," it's a dream for any player, very few people can achieve that and I was lucky enough to do so".

UPDATE : NIGERIAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

 It's been three days since the Nigerian presidential elections took place on the 25th of February 2023. The voting pole results showed that the All progressives congress (APC) party headed by Bola Tinubu was leading in the elections,the people's democratic party (PDP) headed by Atiku Aboubakar came second ,and Labour party (LP) headed by Peter obi came in the third position. But due to the results of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) today shows that the the president of the federal republic of Nigeria cannot be declared yet since APC and PDP have failed to get the constitutional 25% requirements in the Federal Capital Territory.  As of now nobody can be declared the president since the Nigerian constitution states that the president of Nigeria is elected using a modified two- round system. To be elected in the first round a candidate must received a plurality of votes and over 25% of the votes of at least 24 of the 36 and the Federal Capital Territory. Therefore Tinubu can...
