Africa may be considered one of the poorest continents with a deficient standard of living. Interestingly most of the African presidents are believed to be one of the richest on the continent. Some of these leaders have most of their investments abroad like hospitals and hotels and often go abroad for the best medical treatments while their citizens are left back with very poor medical facilities and inadequate health personnel. Below is the list of the top ten richest African presidents in 2022 according to Forbes.
