Cameroon; Heavy rain fall in Tiko, mile 14 and Mutengene leaves many homeless

In the Southwest Region of Cameroon, precisely Tiko Mutengene and Buea experienced heavy rainfall in the early hour of Saturday the 9th of June which led to the loss of properties. the poor drainage system in this area also caused many roads to be blocked with lots of drivers and passengers stranded.

     Due to this rainfall, a minor at Lamber quarter in Mutengene was carried away and his corpse was later found after a thorough search by inhabitants of the locality. A building also collapse at Mutegene and 2 children were injured and are presently receiving treatment in the hospital

 .
